The Group marks its beginning in 1994, and since Mr Roger Lips has transformed a portfolio of strong performing properties into an international real-estate organisation. Since then, the Group has grown considerably to include a closed-end real-estate investment fund; a majority ownership in Lips Development, a prominent Dutch real-estate developer; and numerous property-based structured financial investments (including large offices, residential properties, retail franchises and petroleum stations).

Future growth will key on geographic expansion. Lips’ rigorous, yet flexible investment approach keys on extensive due-diligence procedures, sound financing, innovative solutions, strategic partnerships, and an experienced eye for undervalued quality assets.

We leverage our extensive knowledge of Netherlands and international capital and real-estate markets to structure private equity investments in real estate in specific geographies around the world.When appropriate, Lips Capital Group invests in partnerships and joint ventures that further expand the portfolio and the returns.
