Roger Lips
Chief Executive Officer
Roger is the founder and CEO of Lips Capital Group, which has evolved from an entrepreneurial venture in 1994 into a strategic high-growth, cross-border real-estate, development and finance enterprise. He began his career at Bouwfonds and brings more than 20 years' experience in real-estate finance and development.
Jan Hendriks
Chief Financial Officer
Jan joined Lips Capital Group at the end of 2007. Previously an audit partner and industry leader at Deloitte, he brings more than 20 years’ experience in serving financial, manufacturing and consumer businesses. Jan brings considerable and recognised expertise in financial reporting and corporate governance to Lips.
Peter Ruigrok
Chief Development Officer
Peter leads our Lips Development organisation. Peter brings more than 30 years experience and leadership in building and property development sectors, including as a director of Gemeenschappelijk Ontwikkelingsbedrijf van het Rijk; He also worked for Bouwfonds, where he was a regional director for Southwest Holland (Delft), group residential property director for Amstelland. After that he was member of the management board of AM; and Peter served as chairman of the Dutch property developers' association (NEPROM) and is recognised and respected in Dutch property markets.
Reinier Mackor
Director Lips Acquisitions
Reinier brings nearly a decade’s experience in real-estate and private-equity investment and transaction management, during which he led a large number of transactions with a combined value of more than € 2.0 billion, of which more than € 500 million of equity was invested. Previously, he was a partner at Moor Park Capital Partners, a London-based pan-European real estate private-equity firm. Prior to that, he worked for Gilde Buy-out Fund, a pan-European buy-out fund based in the Netherlands. At present, Reinier focuses on origination and deal execution of real estate investments and property development initiatives.
