A critically valued growth area for Lips is the development of real-estate financial products and capital markets services, including development of optimised capital structures, arrangement of real-estate corporate-finance facilities, capital markets transactions, and structuring of real-estate and financial derivatives products. Lips Finance is driven by experienced real-estate and capital markets specialists who work closely with leading global commercial and investment banks in optimising portfolio performance and, increasingly, in shaping innovative financial solutions that anticipate near- and longer-term market trends and value. In-house funds are used to optimise leverage levels within our proprietary real-estate investment portfolio; such funds are closely managed within the Group's internal governance guidelines.
